Our Process
All of our cabinets are designed to be fully customizable, rather than modular like those offered by large hardware chains. Each component can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. We have streamlined our service to make it easy for everyone to have there dream kitchen at a Factory Direct price.
Step 1:
ESTIMATE/STYLE SELECTION
From a basic design, we can estimate the cost of your custom flat-pack Kitchen,
- Bring in your plans to our showroom. We have 3 kitchens on display:
- Flat Panel Laminate Kitchen
- Flat Panel painted handless kitchen
- Shaker-style painted kitchen
Once the Estimate has been accepted we take a small deposit to start the drawing process.
Step 2:
DRAWING
Once the deposit has been received The drawing process will be started.
We provided shop drawings, with Elevations and 3D renders to help visualise your new Flat Pack Kitchen.
Shop drawings usually take one or two revisions to perfect the design for final quoting. A final materials selection meeting may be required.
Step 3:
PRICING
A final quotation will be worked out of the updated drawings, with contracts for signing to start the manufacturing process
Step 4:
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Once drawings have been approved & a full deposit has been paid, an estimated manufacturing time will be provided.
Usually 2 weeks for a laminate kitchen, and 5 weeks for a painted kitchen.
Step 5:
DELIVERY/FACTORY PICK UP
Delivery is available, and a quotation can be provided. Factory pick up is also available.
